We accept the following credit cards directly with our Merchant account: Visa, Mastercard, Visa Electron, MC Maestro, Direct Debit.

SHIPPING POLICY

At this time shipping is free on all items. All items are sent with tracking and have $100 insurance free of charge.

International Shipping usually takes 1 to 2 weeks.

Shipment to the United States and Canada can be tracked using usps.com or canadapost.ca.

Customers requesting shipment to countries outside of Asia, North America, and Western Europe must contact us for extra information before ordering.

RETURNS/REFUNDS/EXCHANGES POLICY

Although Kickspro.com does not charge buyers shipping separate from the cost of the item paid by the buyer in the event of an exchange, the Buyer must subtract the shipping cost incurred by Kickspro.com in sending the item to the buyer as well the buyer is fully responsible in paying for the shipping of the returned item back to Kickspro.com. The rates of shipping that Kickspro.com is charged is 25 USD and is non-refundable

The return address is different based on your region and before even beginning the return process we require that you pay the returns/exchanges shipping fee of 25$. If you would like to return your items, please contact us to pay this fee - this fee must be paid for each returned item. We reserve the right to reject exchanges for any reason.

If the method chosen by the buyer for returns does not include tracking or insurance the buyer agrees to assume the risk of the item being lost in transit and a refund cannot be issued until the item is returned to Kickspro.com in perfect condition including box, tags, etc. where applicable and not worn, damaged, or used in any way that would inhibit the ability to resell the item.

Furthermore, in the event of a return for money back the order is subject to a 35$ per item restocking fee.
